Route Mechanic - SoCal

Bryluen International, Ltd is seeking a full time building mechanic for multiple Commercial buildings in Southern California.  The position supports buildings in Poway, Chula Vista, Oceanside and San Diego.  Must have a skill set with HVAC, Life Safety Systems, EMS, Electrical, Switchgear, Lighting, Locksmith, Plumbing, Preventive Maintenance, Circulating Pumps, Electric and Diesel Fire Pump experience.  Monitor building systems and alarms for proper operation and fire pump testing.  3-5 years of building maintenance experience.   EPA certification and clean driving record required.

Salary range is $16.64 - $23.05 plus benefits (vacation and medical)

Job Environment
	Most of the work is performed on the client's premises which varies greatly from client to client.  Commuting is required.  For distances considered outside of the normal commute area a company vehicle may be provided or mileage reimbursement paid.  Some overnight travel may be required.  Employee will provide basic hand tools.  The company will provide specialized equipment.  This is a mobile service position and requires a clean DMV report.
